Chantilly, Virginia 20151, USA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information We Collect&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parsons collects personal information that you provide to Parsons, including when you submit an application through Airtable, through our business processes, or when you communicate with us through the Website. Airtable is a third-party company; its Privacy Policies can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airtable.com\/company\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.airtable.com\/company\/privacy<\/a> and its Cookie Policy can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airtable.com\/company\/cookie-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.airtable.com\/company\/cookie-policy<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parsons is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses that data, and to meeting its data protection obligations under all applicable laws and regulations. Information that Parsons may collect from you as part of the recruitment process includes:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your name, address, date of birth, and contact details, including email address and telephone number;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your resume and work history, including details of your qualifications, skills, and experience;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information about your training, education, certifications, and licenses;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A record of our communications with you via email, telephone, and through Airtable; Parsons may collect this information through Airtable, resumes or CVs, interviews, or other forms of assessment. If you conduct business or contract with Parsons and\/or use Parsons\u2019 products accessed through any one of our online marketplace listings, the following data is collected and\/or processed:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business contact information including emails, phone numbers and location or any other information required for the relevant project, product or service;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data required for system\/product operation;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anonymized user interaction data;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aggregated system data; and&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>System log data.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Use Of Your Information&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parsons uses any collected personal information for legitimate business purposes consistent with the purpose for which it was collected, for the following reasons:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your recruitment data will be securely stored in your Cooperative Threat Reduction Bioscience Fellowship Program (CBFP) application in Airtable, Parsons\u2019 SharePoint systems, and other Parsons\u2019 IT platforms such as email. To facilitate your participation in this program, your data may also be shared with our recruitment partners at CRDF Global for further consideration.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parsons uses your personal information to respond to requests made while you visit our Website and access our products online;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help diagnose problems with the Website and to enhance the Website for an optimal user experience;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor the usage and performance of the Website and research aggregate information about users to determine the marketing and advertising efforts of Parsons, its trusted affiliates, independent contractors, and business partners;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide maintenance, support, and customer service for products and services;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With respect to Parsons\u2019 customers, contractors and any business partners, Parsons uses personal information as necessary for and in compliance with any applicable contracts or laws.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to Parsons during the application process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly, or at all.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information collected may be used to:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide customer support and services;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnose system issues with the products;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enhance optimal user experience; and&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improve the products and offerings through analytics.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Disclosing Your Information\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The personal information you provide to Parsons will be disclosed, consistent with applicable law, as follows:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With affiliates and subsidiaries of Parsons;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With third parties and third-party business providers that provide services to Parsons;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With a third party in the event of a sale, merger, reorganization, or other transaction involving part or all of Parsons;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With law enforcement agencies to detect or prevent unlawful activities, and\/or to aid in an ongoing investigation;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As required by law or court order.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As needed to support our recruitment process:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your information may be shared internally with members of the Talent Management and recruitment team, legal advisors, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers and clients in the business area with a vacancy, and IT staff, if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parsons uses certain software platforms, including Airtable, to collect, retain, and manage data collected from applicants and employees. The providers of that software may have access to your information.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We may also share your information with certain trusted third parties, including taxing authorities, background check and drug testing providers, benefit plan providers, and legal advisors, as required or permitted by law.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Protection of Your Data&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parsons takes the protection of your data seriously. Although there is no such thing as \u201cperfect security\u201d on the Internet, Parsons maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect data and personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention of Your Data&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parsons retains your data as long as it is needed for business purposes in accordance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and in accordance with Parsons\u2019 records retention schedules.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cross-Border or International Transfers of Information&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parsons generally maintains servers and systems in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the European Economic Area (EEA) and the Middle East, some of which are hosted by third-party service providers. We also may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, other third parties in the United States or countries other than your country of residence. As a result, where the personal information that we collect is transferred across borders or internationally, we will take steps to ensure that the information receives the level of protection required under all relevant Data Protection and\/or Privacy Laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and pursuant to appropriate contract clauses or authorizations by governing authorities.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Legal Bases for Using Your Personal Information&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We collect, use, and share your personal information where we are satisfied that we have an appropriate legal basis to do this.
